Kaddish

A “Yahrzeit”, (anniversary of a loved one’s passing) is a time to remember the person, in the synagogue by reciting the kaddish prayer, through the giving of extra charity and through learning.

Jewish Law requires that the Kaddish be recited during the first eleven months following the death of a loved one by prescribed mourners, and on each anniversary of the death (the “Yahrtzeit”).

Kaddish is a bond which unites the Jewish generations from time immemorial, and unto eternity.

Kaddish is the way we show our respect for our parents and the way they showed their love and respect for their parents.

If you are ever in need of a minyan for kaddish, please contact us and we will gladly make arrangements to have a Minyan for you.
